Shipping Terms

We try our best to ensure that orders are delivered on time. Please keep in mind that no orders will be shipped on the weekend.

All orders are shipped to the address as stated by the customers when the orders are placed through our shopping cart. It is the customer's responsibility to ensure that the address entered is correct.

Delivery times are based on the shipping courier's best estimate. CenterpieceZoo.com is not responsible for errors of the shipping company or delays during transit or the resulting damage or loss of value, time, profit or money.

The delivery times stated apply to items that are IN STOCK. If an item is on back order, the delivery time will begin when the item is actually shipped. Items placed on backorder are shipped as they become available from the supplier. If any part of your order is back-ordered, shipment of the order may be delayed until all units have been fulfilled.

Processing

Usually, all in stock item(s) are shipped within 3 business days, and arrive within 5-10 business days depending on the shipping destination. Please keep in mind that no orders will be shipped on the weekend.

Damaged Items and Manufacturer's Defects

Upon receipt of your purchase, please inspect it and notify us of any damage or manufacture’s defects. We will arrange for a prompt replacement or refund. If a product appears to have a manufacture’s defect, please email our Customer Service department for instructions. Please do not return products without first contacting us.

Special Shipping and Handling of Large Fragile Items

Due to the fragile nature and large size of certain items (i.e. large flower vases) and the extra care we take in packing, shipping and handling charges initially quoted by our shopping cart for these item may be lower than the real shipping costs. If we find that we had to use several boxes or additional packing materials to properly pack the shipment, we will contact you for approval of additional shipping charges if this occurs.

In some cases (i.e. bulk amounts of larger items) the automatic shipping charges calculator might be disabled and you will be requested to contact us directly to receive the shipping information.
