Defective or Damaged Products
Upon receipt, please inspect your purchase and notify us of any damage, manufacture’s defect or if you received a different product that initially purchased. We will arrange for a prompt replacement or refund.
How to Return/Exchange My Purchase?
If you are not satisfied with your purchase, within 30 days from the ship date, you may return your purchase for a refund of the merchandise value or replacement.
Before you make a return by mail, please contact our Customer Service Department at returns[@]centerpiecezoo.com to receive a Return Authorization Number and shipping instructions.
Please, do not return products without first contacting us. Packages without a Return Authorization Number written clearly on the package cannot be accepted.
Once a return is authorized by our Customer Service Department, please: - Return the items to the address provided by us. - Include all original contents (products, manuals, instructions, etc.), original packaging and original invoice/receipt. - Place the Return Authorization Number clearly on the shipping box. - Keep your shipping records for the event of loss of shipment. Centerpiecezoo.com cannot be held liable for returned merchandise that does not reach our facilities.
Pending inspection, a credit or refund will be issued for the item value. Any taxes charged will be refunded in accordance with state laws.
Important: Shipping and handling charges are nonrefundable.
