Defective or Damaged Products
Upon receipt, please inspect your purchase and notify us of any damage, manufacture’s defect or if you received a different product that initially purchased. We will arrange for a prompt replacement or refund.
How to Return/Exchange My Purchase?
If you are not satisfied with your purchase, within 30 days from the ship date, you may return your purchase for a refund of the merchandise value or replacement.
In order to ensure you receive proper credit for your return, please call or email us before you send your items back. A return authorization number will be issued to you by our staff to include with your return items. Without this number, you may experience a delay in receiving credit for your items.
Once a return is authorized, please ship the items to the address provided by us including all original contents, original packaging and original invoice/packing slip. Please place the return authorization number visibly on the package.
Please keep your shipping records for the event of loss of shipment. CenterpieceZoo cannot be held liable for returned merchandise that does not reach our facilities.
Pending inspection, a credit or refund will be issued for the item value. Any taxes charged will be refunded in accordance with state laws.
Important: Shipping and handling charges are nonrefundable.
