How do I browse and place my order with Centerpiecezoo.com?
Our online store Centerpiecezoo.com is designed to make your shopping experience simple, fast and convenient.
Decide what you are looking for: Our products are organized by categories. Currently we offer 5 categories: Candles, Glass Candle Holders and Vases, Metal Accents, Decorative Products and Unique Gifts.
Find what you are looking for: With our smart Search Button right on the homepage you can quickly browse the catalogues and easily identify the products you are looking for. In your search you can be vague or very specific (example: red candles, white unscented pillars, large clear vases, etc.). You may of course choose to browse our whole catalogue by entering any of the categories and viewing it page by page.
Once on a Product Page: The individual product pages are designed to provide you with the important information in a transparent way and to allow you to place your order quickly and conveniently: 1. View Product: product picture(s). 2. Details: product information, including descriptions and all available sizes/shapes of an item. 3. Order: indicates product availability and allows you to purchase various quantities and multiple sizes of one product, all with just one click. No need to return to the same product page again!
Additionally, our product pages offer many other useful features: - You will see an appropriate disclaimer if an item qualifies for bulk discount program. - You may send the information about the product via email. - You can rate the products. - Detailed product information, including its benefits, origin, composition and care instructions, will be displayed at the bottom of the product page. - You can add the product to a Wishlist or a Gift Registry, instead of adding it to the Shopping Cart (more information about Wishlist and Gift Registry below).
Once in the Shopping Cart: Navigation in our Cart is easy and clear. Once in the Cart, you will see the products you have selected. You can modify the quantity of each item or delete an item at any time. You can also clear the whole cart if you wish to delete all items.
When clicking on the Checkout Now button at the top or bottom of the page you will have the possibility to Sign In. You can Sign In if you already have an account with us, or you can continue shopping as a Guest. As a next step, you will be requested to provide your billing, shipping and payment information. Upon completing these forms, just click Place Order. A confirmation page will show a summary of your transaction. You may choose to print this for your records. An email version of this summary will be sent promptly.

Do I have to Sign In to place an order on Centerpiecezoo.com? No, you don’t have to Sign In to purchase our products. You can Sign In at any time if you already have an account with us, or you can shop as a Guest.

How do I manage my account? If you choose to register with our website you will create an account with your profile information. What if I forgot my password? If you forgot your password go to the Log in section to request a new ONE TIME use only password via e-mail. Please enter your e-mail address and click the 'Request A New Password' button. You will then have to immediately change this password again after you login with it next time. Passwords are not recoverable in the system, so if you lost your password, the only option is to request a new one time use temporary password.
What if I can’t Log In? If you're having trouble logging in to your existing Centerpiecezoo.com account, make sure you are using your correct user name and password. Remember, your user name and password are case sensitive so be sure to enter them in upper and lower case letters just as you did when you created your account. If you have forgotten your password, request a new one. If you are still unable to log in, please register again or contact us and we will re-set your password manually.
How do I track my order? You can track the delivery of items ordered online if you have an account with our website. When you are logged in, click on “Track Your Order” at the top of the page. It will take you to your account to the section “Order/Billing History” – all of your orders, both closed and pending, will be listed here providing the following information: Order Number, Order Date, Payment Status, Shipping Status, Order Total, Customer Service Notes.
What is a Wish List and how do I use it? Our website lets you create and add items that you would like to have to a Wish List. Whether you are registered or not, you can create your Wish list by clicking the button “My Wish List” on every product page.
Remember, if you are registered, your wish list will be saved, if you are not registered, your wish list will not be saved. Wish lists are a convenient way to keep track of things you may want to buy in the future or are not ready to add to their shopping cart. You can move the items from the Wish List to the Shopping Cart at any time simply by pressing the button “Move to Shopping Cart”. You can then proceed to Checkout and buy them when convenient.
What is a Gift Registry? A gift registry contains a list of gifts that you have selected and would like to receive. It can be used for any gift-receiving occasion. For example, birthdays, weddings, baby showers, graduation, Christmas, etc. It can help you avoid unwanted and duplicate gifts, and makes it convenient for your friends to buy you the perfect gift.
How do I set up a registry? Setting up your Gift Registry is very easy: on any product page just click on the "Gift Register" button, which is located below the "Add to Cart" button. The system will automatically check to see if you are logged in. If not, it will ask you to either log in, or if you are new to the system, take you through the registration process.
You can create and edit your registry online any time, day or night. All changes and purchases made to your registry online are updated immediately.
How do I manage my registry? When you see a gift that you like, just click on the "Gift Register" button, located below the "Add to Cart" button on every product page. You can also submit a full list to us by email and we will be happy to create your registry for you.
Gifts are listed in alphabetical order so if you want a gift to appear first, just add a 1 to the name. For example: "1 – Large Tulip Vase".
To delete/edit gifts, in the "Your Gift Registry" section of your registry simply check the "Delete" box next to the gift you want to delete. In the same section you may also change the quantity of your gifts. Click on the button “Update Registry” below the gift list to save the changes.
Does it cost anything to register? No, registration is free. As always Centerpiecezoo.com provides personalized and attentive service.
How do my friends access my Gift Registry? Once you register, we will provide you with Your Personalized Registry Link that you can email to your friends and family. They can also visit our website, enter Gift Registry section and search for your registry by name, nickname or email address.
When will I receive my gifts? Shipping times depend on the products you order. We will notify you via email if the gift is delayed and give you the opportunity to cancel the order or substitute something else if you do not want to wait. We will collect all orders associated with your registry, and send them to you in one shipment.

How do I let my friends know where I am registered? There are a variety of different ways to let your friends know about your Gift Registry. The traditional approach is through word of mouth. Centerpiecezoo.com will create a personalized Registry Link for your event that you can email to your friends. Your guests will be able to visit this link to easily find your Gift Registry.
What if there are gift duplicates? While our system updates your registry immediately the occasional duplicate purchase may occur. If this happens we will gladly allow return or exchange of the gift. Do you charge taxes? Due to the fact that our business offices are located in Texas, we will add all applicable taxes only to items shipped to Texas (requires also a tax on shipping).
Can you tell me the availability of a specific item? When you are making your product selection, an item availability message will appear on the product detail page. A brief definition of terms is presented below:
In stock: If there are no disclaimers, the item is currently available to ship. Out of Stock: The item is temporarily unavailable (if we can we will indicate the date when the item is expected to be available again for purchase).
